1.I love coffee and coffee shops ~ gotta love Starbucks! ~ it's a once a week treat for me.
2.I love being home and really don't like being overly busy!
3.I don't like lollipops or sweet hard type candies at all~ just chocolate:-)
4.I've lived on a military base in base housing most of my life
5.I was born in Harrison, Arkansas

Fall 2008 at Weathered N Worn

My friend Shannon and I made a trip to Weathered N Worn in Papillion today. Jolene let me take some pictures. They had some really great things! I always love the furniture pieces they have in there and plan on getting one eventually. They will be switching over to Christmas in the next couple weeks. Snowman

Here is a snowman head that I am almost finished with. He smells so yummy ! I'm waiting for my rusty tin order to get here with my rusty bells . I'll add one to the end of his hat. Then he'll be ready for my Etsy store.

Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Today is a very chilly day here in Bellevue, NE. It feels like fall for sure. I had to run out to the post office and the BX today and decided to get a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino at Starbucks on the way out of the BX. It's one of my favorite fall treats ~ even though it's kind of cold to get one on a chilly day~ I love them ! They'll only be around until the end of November and then I get to enjoy the Peppermint Mocha or the Gingerbread. Yummy!

Harvest Sale

My Harvest sale went pretty good today. It started to sprinkle this morning right after I put everything out, but it stopped and turned out to be a nice day. It was a bit warm for me though~ I was hoping for the 60's not 80 . I didn't really know what to expect~ it's hard to find many people in this area that might be interested in prims. I did meet a couple webshots and blog friends that stopped by. I also met a new prim~ loving friend that lives right around the corner from me ! The ladies from Weathered N Worn even stopped by and bought a couple things. Thank you all for coming !Here are some pics from my little Harvest Sale~
Now I will start thinking about what to do for my Christmas giveaway in November :-)

Prim Harvest Sale

I'm having a little Harvest sale at my home ( outside like a yard sale ) Sat. Oct 11 for anyone in the Omaha area that might be interested.

Newly Painted Hutch

Well, here it is, my newly painted red hutch. It looks so much better to me in person than in these pictures. Reds come out weird in pics sometimes. I like how it turned out, but will like it better when I get some pewter to display in it. The last two pictures are after I decided to go back and sand some edges. I like it better after doing that. I also plan on buying these Presidential portraits to hang in this room. It will look very Colonial~ just the way I like it!
