Earlier today Linda from Behind My Red Door posted pictures of where she blogs. Her room is wonderful ! What a nice cozy place to blog. She invited everyone to post pictures of where they blog . At first I thought no way, my computer room is not a very pretty room and nobody will want to see it. Then I changed my mind and thought what the heck, I'll go clean it up and take a couple pictures. The little bitty room I blog in is our computer room/exercise room/dart room/ and sewing room. We were so lucky to get a 4 bedroom house when we moved in here a year ago. We were used to 3 bedrooms and no good place for a computer desk . My husband Brian loves the St. Louis Cardinals and has plenty of memorabilia , so I told him he could have his stuff displayed in this room since the rest of the house is prim . So above our desk he has the American flag that he flew over Iraq when he was an aeromedical evacuation technician, flying into Iraq to pick up patients. As you can see I need a new comfy computer chair. I'm using one of my dining chairs right now. To the left of the desk hanging on the wall is a small part of his hat collection. The recumbent bike is on the other side of the room from the desk with the dart board hanging behind it. My little sewing area that I set up this past fall is to the right of the desk with the hanging Cardinals lantern above it :-) Then beside the sewing table is a bookshelf with Brian's medical books ,military folders, and our DVD collection. So there is the tour of the room I blog in. Hope you enjoyed it ! :-) Now I want to see yours !

I love the cardinals lantern, Our bike lives in the living room and it drives me nuts. But I think waking Jack up would make me even crazier since we usually use it at night. I need a little sewing area like yours.
Thanks Janae for sharing!! I so regret not buying a house with four bedrooms. I hate to say it but that may be the ONLY thing I am looking forward to my daughter going away to college next Fall...the use of her room.
You would think that having a fully furnished family room downstairs I would be able to find a little corner to be "mine" somewhere. NOT!!
Also having a couple St. Louis Cardinal fans in this house, the family room is definitely the most "ungirly" (is that even a word!?!?)room I have ever seen.
Put it this way we offically call the family room "Man's Land" since it is full of Cardinal, Rams and Budweiser decor!! LOL!!
I will have to share pics sometime...
BTW, I mailed your package today. I know I promised it to go out Friday after work but I wanted to pick up a couple extra things for you this past weekend. I hope you enjoy!!
Hugs!! Carrie♥
I think you have a great room for blogging! I think I blog over the whole house, especially now with this laptop. I'm sitting in the recliner now. Sometimes I'm at the dining or kitchen table. However, we do have a computer desk (which is where I started blogging) and I have a scrapbooking corner there. Maybe I'll share that soon.
I love your spot. It's neat and makes it seem even more personable when I come visit your blog now...I can imagine you there reading the comments! :)
Thank you so much for your sweet comments on Joy's blog. She is so excited!
Blessings,
Tammy
It's so nice to see where everyone is when they visit. I am just setting up a little L shaped place in our bedroom. It's just a corner but its ALL mine and I'm loving it.
Smiles,
Lea
Janae,
I like seeing where everyone blogs, too, and eventually when I'm done painting I will get caught up on my posting, etc. I think you have a very nice room for your cp, sewing machine, bike, and yet your hubby has a place to display the things he likes. Have a wonderful day.

Hi Janae, great desk!! :-) It is neat to have room aset aside for your blogging and crafts even if you do share it for now. Thanks for joining me in this post. hugs, Linda
Wow, your room is so tidy-even after I tidy up, mine doesn't look like that! ;)
You have a great space-I enjoy seeing where everyone does they bloggin-
I haven't been visiting your blog that long, I did know your hubby was deployed, I just wanted to say that I keep him/all our troops in my prayers and I appreciate his service and your familys sacrifices...Ya must be so proud, and I know at the same time, it's hard to have him away.
Anyway-Love your room!
Have a great day, Kath
I love your room...I need to clean mine up and gosh your desk looks so much better than mine. I see you have your sewing machine sitting on a table..I was waiting to find an old sewing machine table but they are hard to come by so I think I will get a cardboard table and use that. Love the look!
Janae that's a great room!! I should send you some pictures of my Aunts basement. They are HUGE Cards fans - there whole basement is done in Cardinal decor - we were there for Christmas, they even had a Cardinals tree!!! I think I have them in my photobucket - I'll look and send you the links!
I blog at the kitchen table when I'm on the laptop - and sometimes from my desk in the office - maybe I'll post them soon! Fun idea!

Hi Janae, just wanted to let you know that I have more Green Sleeves on the go... I'm a bit behind because of being sick. There are a few posted, and I hope to add a couple more this week if I get them finished. Otherwise, just ask... I do do custom sleeves!
Have a great dy! Kimberly
Great room.. I love the past about the flag. A friend of mine husband was a medavac in the Air Force (David Cox)... I believe he did the same as your husband. You have nice little areas in your room thaks for sharing..MJ
It's fun to see where everyone blogs. I have a desk similar to yours and Linda's. :)
If you ever make down to Lincoln, there are 2 very nice prim stores! One is on 48th and Superior (north Lincoln) called Plum Creek Gifts. I haven't been there in awhile since it's on the north side, but they have great items and very affordable! The other one is Aunt Patty's Attic on 56th and Old Cheney (south Lincoln). This is a very nice prim place and pricey. I've been getting the itch to go and browse, it's hard to with 2 little boys and saying don't touch every other second. LOL
The flag looks wonderful...wish my computer desk was cleaned off...maybe I will do that next????Dianntha
Hi Janae,
First of all, I want to thank you for your faithful visits to my blog. I always look forward to your comments! (Joy does too).
And I'm glad you decided to play along on the letter game. Each letter has its challenges, but how about T for your letter? I hope it's not too hard! I'm looking forward to reading what you come up with!
I'm not sure how I missed "following" your blog, but I am now!
Have a great day!
Blessings,
Tammy
