My Favorite Things

Here are some of my favorite things right now~

Seattles Best Gingerbread Latte at Borders~ My favorite part is the little gingerbread man sitting in the whipped cream on top.




Iced Wreath from Target~ I don't have this wreath, but every time I'm in the Christmas section at Target, I see this wreath and love it. I'm loving white and snowy Christmas decor this year.

Screendreams Living Fireplace~ this might seem silly, but I love it! We got this at Sams Club. It has 21 different fireplace scenes and 10 different music and natural sound effects to choose from. If you don't have a fireplace this is perfect!
Twilight Water Bottle from Borders~

The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection CD~ Love her version of Silent Night. So happy that Taylor won AMA artist of the year! :-)

Merona Muffler Super Soft Scarf from Target~ I bought this blue scarf and it is so soft and the color is so pretty. I can't wait for a day cold enough to wear it.

Buxom Babes Winter Escapade~ just got this set of mini buxom lipglosses and the colors are gorgeous and perfect for the holidays !

Fekkai Glossing Cream~ I love this stuff! It makes my hair so shiny and takes away any frizzies.

Lavender Leaves Candle from Bath and Body Works. This is the best and strongest smelling lavender candle I have ever smelled. I absolutely love the smell of lavender. It is so calming.

Philosophy Amazing Grace. Amazing Grace is my all time favorite fragrance.
So now I'll be like Oprah and anyone who leaves a comment will get all of these items delivered to their door! Ha Ha~ that would be fun, but sorry not gonna happen! Hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Clip in Bangs and Believe Glimmer

If you are looking for a perfect sparkly eyeshadow for the holiday season or just for any day of the year you need to get this Bare Escentuals Glimmer called Believe. It says that it's an icy blue, but I think it is more of an icy gray with subtle blue undertones. It is my favorite eyeshadow right now. It's so soft, pretty, and sparkly! Paige and I were shopping in Ulta a couple days ago and discovered these cool clip in bangs. A stylist in the Ulta salon showed us how they work and we were so impressed that we had to buy some. They look so real! Paige and I have a pretty similar hair color, so we are sharing the bangs. She wore them the first couple of times and I wore them today. Life Changes

Well, I decided since I'm sitting here bored while I rest my injured knees ( I hurt them jogging too much ) that I would post about some changes in my life. My kids and I will be living here with my parents in Illinois permanently. My husband and I are now separated, but remain good friends which I am thankful for. It's one of those things that has been a long time coming and we will all be better off in the long run. So now, I no longer have my own house to decorate, but that's okay. I'm working on my room and it will eventually be very cozy once I get my pie safe and small farm table in there along with a few of my other favorite things from home. Good thing I'm not in much of a decorating mood anymore. Be sure to keep a look out because I may be putting a few things on here for sale soon. I'm also excited to be donating a bunch of my prims to my good friend Jamie from The Miller Homestead to redo her bedroom. Hopefully we will start working on her room after Christmas. Now I will just have to decorate my mom's and my friend's homes if I get the decorating bug :-) Now I think I'm going to change the name of my blog to CozyGirl instead of CozyCoop. Do you have any other cute new blog name suggestions for me? I am sooo excited to go see New Moon on Saturday I could just scream!!!! Anyone else going this weekend ? Bah Humbug !

Ya know what I really don't like this time of year ? When I hear people complaining "It's too early to decorate for Christmas" or "It's not even Thanksgiving yet, why is there Christmas stuff out already?" "We shouldn't forget about Thanksgiving and just go straight to Christmas " Why do people have to be so grouchy and whiney ? I think some people just feed off of other people and want something to complain about. I mean who made the rules about when we should decorate or not and why does decorating for Christmas early have to mean that you are ignoring Thanksgiving? Lighten up people and enjoy this wonderful season ! My sister said it perfectly the other day~ we like to decorate early and have it all done by Thanksgiving, so that on Thanksgiving day we can relax and be all set for the start of the Christmas season. Thanksgiving is like the opening day of the Holiday season. I mean even Santa is in the Thanksgiving parade right !? If you like to wait until after Thanksgiving then that's just fine, but if you want to do it early and enjoy it longer, then go ahead and do it ! Hurray for Christmas!

Cute Bells

Look at these cute bells that I found at Target yesterday! They are perfect for this little tree that I put up in my room. I found this flower pot and painted it cream. I love this clean look.

Deck the Halls
